WHEN GOD WHISPERS YOUR NAME

When God whispers your name
do you hear it in the rain
does it blow upon the wind
would you know it’s truly Him
when He whispers your name.

When God whispers your name
is it loud in your ear
or deep in your veins
does it bring you relief
or cause you shame
when He whispers your name.

When God whispers your name
in the still of the night
in the midst of the day
close your eyes
breathe in deep
listen closely
find unending peace
when He whispers your name.
